INTRODUCING THE NEW
6 Week Warrior Fitness Challenge (includes strength & conditioning, weight loss, high performance egility/fitness/pad drills, fitness testing before and after). Be personally mentored by elite sports trainers in a safe and fun environment. Uses circuit training with weights, floor exercises and pads to get you motivated and in shape for life. Techniques taken from the Warrior Monks and elite Sports Trianers. Ideal for the competitive businessman and the uninspired housewife so be prepared to work hard but gain awesome results. Heard of the Sparton 300 exercise routine? This is the Warrior 300 but it starts off with the 100 then 200 and then the major challenge the 300! (twice per week)
