MEET THE MASTERS

Impact Fitness International incorporates many types of classes and programs to fully service and give members specialty / quality training.

In order to deliver this exceptionally high service level we have engaged the services of several specifically qualified trainers/coaches. We have a number of resident coaches and also bring in top class international specialty masters that teach here from three to twelve months at a time. This gives members access to a variety of top class international masters.

Resident Master/Coaches Master/Coach Graham Slater (Title: Shihan) has 36 years experience and holds the Japanese rank of 6th Dan in karate. He has trained and taught all over the world (12 countries) seeking out numerous masters to further his knowledge. His foundation is based in several Karate systems but also has extensive training in Aikido, Ju jutsu, Shintaido,Tai Chi and recently Shaolin Kung Fu. He is an advocate for natural healing to balance the martial arts training having studied massage, reiki and shiatsu. Graham has dedicated his life to the pursuit of developing his own martial art knowledge and the promotion of the arts in general. Graham has been an avid competitior from the late 1970s - the early 1980s. He prides himself on his elite coaching abilities having coached Australian teams to Japan and Indonesia in 1985, 1986, 1987, 1990, 1992 and 1995. He curently lectures on coaching and fitness. Graham is also a TV Producer, Magazine Publisher, Chairman for the International Martial Arts Alliance (Peak Industry Body for Martial Arts) and a senior manager for the centre. Master/Coach Craig Baulch (Title: Sensei) has 12 year of experience in martial arts specialising in Karate and holds the rank of 3rd Degree Black Belt. Craig is renown for his patience, and creativity while working with children. He is involved in the delivery of Fitness and Coaching courses at the centre and the creation of new short courses. Master Coach Yoyo (Title: Sifu) a 24 year Wushu Teacher who has recently arrived from China where she has been training and competitiing for 20 years under a professional government program. Yoyo is a Chinse national champion in several divisions of Wushu competing all around the world and also holds a Taekwondo black belt. Her specialty is Kung Fu forms, weapons, acrobatics, flexibility and dynamic strength / fitness training.

Ladies let Sifu YoYo guide and inspire you to get you trim and toned with the physical prowess of a tiger.

Men let Sifu Yoyo build strength, conditioning and flexibility like you have never experienced before.

Master PT Coach Edmund Ow ex military soldier serving in the Singapore army for over 20 years bring you a real Boot Camp experience. Qualified Personal Trainer and Martial Artist Edmond can take average Joe/Jane and transforms them into dynamic fitness dynamos. Having worked with/for several fortune 500 companies over the years Edmund knows what executive need to keep fit, healthy and motivated.
