PROGRAMS

Our programs are designed by international masters and elite coaches from around the world. Master/Coach Graham Slater has worked in colaboration with the Shaolin Temple, China and a number of Registered Training Orginisations to bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the centre. Graham has trained and taught in 15 countires over his 36 years of research and study.

Graham has joined up with Craig Baluch to operate the new facilities in Preston. Craig brings a wealth of knowledge over his 12 years of training and together they have developed a unique collection of programs to meet everyones requirements.

As program prices are based upon your attendance and how you pay we will design a payment system that suits your individual circumstances either paid 'up front' or 'paid off' throughout the term of your program.

Self Defence Program Adults

Specially designed courses to build awareness to avoid confrontation, verbal and non physical strategies, effective defence moves (minimal strength), restraint & control.
