PROGRAMS

Our programs are designed by international masters and elite coaches from around the world. The College Principal Graham Slater has worked in colaboration with the Shaolin Temple, China and a number of Registered Training Orginisations to bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the college.

Our certificate courses (sport coaching and fitness) have been designed to meet industry standards. Focus is on the instructor's development to gain skills and experience to run their own school. INTRODUCING THE NEW
6 Week Warrior Fitness Challenge
(includes strength & conditioning, weight loss, high performance egility/fitness/pad drills, fitness testing before and after). Be personally mentored by elite sports trainers in a safe and fun environment. Uses circuit training with weights, floor exercises and pads to get you motivated and in shape for life. Techniques taken from the Warrior Monks and elite Sports Trianers. Ideal for the competitive businessman and the uninspired housewife so be prepared to work hard but gain awesome results. Heard of the Sparton 300 exercise routine? This is the Warrior 300 but it starts off with the 100 then 200 and then the major challenge the 300! (twice per week)

Standard Martial Arts Program for Children & Adults
Attendance 1-3 times per week
Basic Kung Fu body conditioning, agility and flexibility development
Increase awareness, focus, and confidence and develop great life skills
Partner drills to teach timing and distance
Punching bag training to develop co ordination and impact

School Based Traineeship Program (12 month course) for Children Specially selected students can work for the college and get paid to learn martial arts. They will may get additional credit towards their high school marks. The outcome is either a Cert III in Sports Coaching or Fitness, (ask for a separate flyer) 15 hours per week

Star Program (VET) 10-40 week course for Children
This course is open to anyone wanting to earn a combination of martial arts, multi media, acting / presenting and end up with a Cert II Sports Coaching or a statement of attainment for unit completed if less than 40 weeks. (ask for a separate flyer)

K-Star Program (Club) Adults Additional class and studio lectures
Those who would like to get into film / television or simply develop some great performance skills. Students are training in staged fighting choreography and multi media (filming/editing/acting/presenting).
Can enter the K-Star Action Movie Star Comp.

Traineeship Program Adults 15 hours per week
Specially selected students can work for the college and get paid to learn martial arts. The outcome is either a Cert III in Sports Coaching or Fitness, (see separate flyer)

Elite Instructor Mentoring Program
This is our top program that includes unlimited martial arts, group fitness and weight training over a 12 or 24 month period. Students are personally supervised by the College Principal in most of their classes with a number of one on one sessions per month. This is not a certificate course however training can go towards a qualification in the future. This training can be tailored towards the student becoming an instructor or to take them to elite fitness and health. Price on application depending on timelines an content.

Self Defence Program Adults
( 4 x 1 hour ) or ( 1 x 3 hour ) or 3 x 3 hour )
Specially designed courses to build awareness to avoid confrontation, verbal and non physical strategies, effective defence moves (minimal strength), restraint & control.

Reikijutsu Program Adults (4 x 1.5 hour blocks)
Especially designed for students with an existing intermediate or advance level in any martial art. The principal teacher takes all these classes personally drawing skills and knowledge from 35 years of study in Karate, Ju Jutsu, Aikido and various healing arts.

1.   Fundamental blocks/strikes. 2. Control & restraint (multiple attackers)
3. Impact bag training for power 4. Defences against batons/knives
5. Form and practical applications 6. Ki/Chi internal energy development
7. Moving and static meditation including Reiki healing)
