Specialised programs can be created by you or tailored to your needs by or professional coaches. We recommend that all our programs start with a health / fitness assessment that is conducted at our facilities before moving on to training.

6 Week Warrior Fitness Challenge
(includes strength & conditioning, weight loss, high performance agilityfitness/pad drills, fitness testing before and after). Be personally mentored by elite sports trainers in a safe and fun environment. Uses circuit training with weights, floor exercises and pads to get you motivated and in shape for life. Techniques taken from the Warrior Monks and elite Sports Trainers.Ideal for the competitive businessman and the uninspired housewife so be prepared to work hard but gain awesome results. Heard of the Sparton 300 exercise routine? This is the Warrior 300 but it starts off with the 100 then 200 and then the major challenge the 300! (twice per week)
